Forgotten Battles: + Pacific Fighters is 1C:Maddox Games and UBISOFT's state-of-the-art combat flight simulation. Combat Planes Normandy, 1944 for FB+PF features four major campaigns, four mini-campaigns, special training features, online cooperative missions, and many new custom skins, including 30 for the Spitfire IXe, 12 for the Tempest Mk V, 12 for the P-47, and 12 for the P51-D.

The D-Day, 1944 campaigns include 120 missions each for a total of 480 missions and the following:

The Battle of Britain, 1941 campaign includes 40 missions flying the Spitfire Vb in summer, 1941 from July to August.

The Germany, 1945 campaign offers the pilot a choice of the G0-229 "Flying Wing" jet interceptor, or the Do-335 fighter-bomber.

In addition, more than 30 online cooperative missions include a range of aircraft and combat situations. Six newly prepared dogfight maps are also included, allowing you to host a variety of scenarios that even include AI aircraft with fighters, and bombers like the B17-G and B25-C.

Training Features, Documents, Voices

For the first time ever, the paint on the player's aircraft changes up to three times in the campaign. You'll find your kill markings faithfully added by the crew chief... of course, that is for confirmed kills only.

Training features include fifteen narrated training tracks, a twelve page PDF document with classroom style instruction, and an procedural document for bomber pilots along with training missions for the A-20 and B-25.

Further documents include A Short History of the Strategic Air War, D-Day History, and Tactics Against B17 Flying Fortresses. Cockpit guides are included for the Spitfire Mk IXe, the P47-D, and the B-25.

Voice-over interfaces are included for the D-Day campaigns, and chatter packs (simulated radio chatter) are available for RAF D-Day campaigns. New interface screens are included for each of the campaigns.
